Job Description
The Regional Team Manager will play a vital role in the operations of the England Pathway leading the U18 and U14 regional teams for a specific area of England. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the team's logistics, administrative duties, and communication. The Regional Team Manager will work closely with the coaching staff, players, and other stakeholders to create a positive and effective environment that allows the athletes to focus on their training and competition. The Regional Team manager will also have safeguarding responsibility for the team in line with the BWB safeguarding policy.
