What You'll Be Doing
You'll work closely with our English & Maths teams to plan interventions, identify students needing support, and deliver effective, targeted sessions. Your work will directly raise attainment and help students thrive in Maths.
What We're Looking For
We're after someone enthusiastic, resilient, and driven. With relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, you'll bring a deep understanding of intervention strategies, strong communication skills, and a team-focused mindset.
