Maths & English Lead

to help shape our curriculum and inspire our learners. You'll work in a vibrant, specialist setting with access to a 38-acre site, therapy teams, work placement support, and enterprise opportunities--all designed to help students thrive.

What You'll Do



Lead and deliver high-quality Maths and English provision tailored to individual learning pathways. Collaborate with therapy and education support teams to ensure inclusive, impactful teaching. Develop schemes of learning and resources that meet learners' needs and accreditation standards. Promote positive behaviour, British Values, and equality and diversity in all sessions. Support quality assurance activities and contribute to continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For



A qualified teacher (Level 7+) with a degree in SEND or a relevant subject. At least 3 years' experience delivering education in specialist or mainstream settings. Strong knowledge of OFSTED regulations and experience of inspection. A specialism in Maths is highly desirable. Passionate about SEND pedagogy, Positive Behaviour Support, and reflective practice.
