Customer Service Advisor / Admin (Polish & English Speaking)

We are looking for an enthusiastic
Polish and English-speaking Customer Service Advisor / Admin
to join our growing team in
Halifax
. You will support our customers, handle queries, and ensure a high standard of service across all communication channels. This is a great opportunity to become part of a friendly and dynamic office team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, update, and list new products on the website
Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a polite and timely manner
Provide accurate, professional responses to inquiries
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
Investigate customer issues and take appropriate action quickly
Process orders and returns efficiently
Track orders using our internal systems
Keep clear records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written
Polish and English
Strong communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner
Experience with
Microsoft Office
,
Gmail
, and similar tools
Knowledge of
Shopify eCommerce platform
(product listings, order processing, returns)
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Previous customer service or admin experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
