Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our products and services through effective upselling techniques. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen ability to analyse customer needs, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Analyse customer needs and offer tailored solutions. Effectively upsell additional products or services when appropriate. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette to ensure a positive customer experience. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues promptly. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.

Requirements

Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly. Experience in a call centre environment is an advantage but not essential. Ability to analyse customer inquiries and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with data entry processes and computer systems. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: 35.00-40.00 per hour
