Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor to join our team at Redbridge Tuition Limited. In this role, you will work closely with students to enhance their learning experience and help them reach their full potential. This position is vital in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality education.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Develop and implement personalized lesson plans that align with educational goals. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation. Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement. Assist students in developing study skills and strategies for academic success.

Requirements

Proven experience working with children in an educational setting. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. A background in special education is a plus but not mandatory. Passion for education and helping students succeed academically. Previous tutoring experience is highly desirable. A wide depth of knowledge of the texts and curriculum will be necessary
