We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated English Lecturer to join our friendly and supportive team. You will play a vital role in delivering outstanding English provision to a diverse range of learners, including full-time 16-18-year-olds on vocational programmes, adult learners, and apprentices.



We're looking for someone with:

Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate learners of all abilities. A strong understanding of the barriers to learning and strategies to overcome them, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed. A genuine passion for making a difference to students' progress, achievement, and future pathways.

Essential Requirements:

Subject-related professional qualification in English/Literacy at a minimum of Level 3 A recognised Level 4 teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) GCSE English and Maths at Grade A-C/9-4 (or equivalent Level 2 qualification)
Experience teaching both GCSE and Functional Skills English
