Duties

Deliver engaging and personalised English lessons tailored to individual student needs Develop lesson plans that incorporate reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises Support students with special educational needs, adapting teaching methods accordingly Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback Create a positive learning environment that encourages participation and enthusiasm Collaborate with parents, guardians, or school staff to discuss student development and areas for improvement Utilise various teaching resources and educational technology to enhance learning experiences Maintain accurate records of lessons delivered and student achievements

Requirements

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching English, preferably with children or students with special educational needs Strong communication skills, capable of engaging learners across different age groups and abilities Experience working with children is highly desirable Knowledge of specialised education techniques is an advantage Organised, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching Relevant qualifications in education or language instruction are preferred but not essential Ability to create a supportive environment that promotes learning and confidence
