Are you passionate about helping learners thrive?

ALFA

is seeking a committed English Teacher to deliver one-to-one virtual lessons to students facing educational barriers and support them in achieving accredited qualifications such as Functional Skills, Entry Levels, and AQA Unit Awards.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach 1:1 virtual lessons for learners attending the ALFA programme. Plan creative and engaging activities to support learners that have significant gaps in their education. Foster positive relationships with our learners.

Requirements:

A committed and passionate view of students with SEND. At least two years' experience minimum of working in a SEND environment QTS/QTLS is advantageous
