Career Teachers are supporting the Headteacher of a secondary school in Swinton, Salford who wish to appoint an English Teacher to join their school on a permanent basis as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be:

• An English Teacher with QTS (ECT\'s will be considered)
• Innovative and flexible
• Someone who develops excellent relationships with pupils and staff
• Someone who has a real passion for the English subject
• Someone who finds creative and engaging ways to deliver the curriculum
• Have a willingness to contribute to wider school life, for example, through extracurricular activities
• Willing to participate in continued professional development
• An individual who believes the schools vision that everyone can achieve their highest potential and ambition, whoever they are

This is an inclusive 11-16 community mainstream school who are committed to providing a secure and caring learning environment for all their pupils. There are currently 1000 pupils on roll and they are part of a family of schools under one trust, however they do work independently.
