High Impact Academy Ltd is seeking

dedicated and passionate QTS-qualified English tutors

to deliver

high-quality, personalised 1:1 tuition

to learners who require targeted academic support. As a QTS tutor, you will play a vital role in helping students develop confidence, improve their skills, and achieve their full potential in English.

You will work closely with learners to support

reading, writing, comprehension, and exam preparation

, including GCSE and Functional Skills, designing lessons tailored to meet each learner's unique needs and learning style.

What You Will Do:

Deliver

structured, engaging 1:1 English tuition

that motivates and challenges learners Support learners in achieving

curriculum targets, exam readiness, and personal goals

Plan and adapt lessons according to individual learner needs and learning styles Provide

regular feedback

trusting, supportive relationships

Requirements:

QTS qualification
