Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students of various ages and abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in tutoring or teaching, with experience working with children, including those with special educational needs. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively engage students and foster a positive learning environment.

Duties

Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and student goals Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Provide support in various subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the material Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes student confidence and motivation Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement Collaborate with other educators or specialists when necessary, particularly for students requiring additional support

Experience

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in a formal educational setting Experience working with children, demonstrating patience and adaptability in diverse learning environments Knowledge of special education practices is highly desirable Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective interaction with students and parents A genuine passion for education and helping students achieve their academic potential The centre will only consider candidates who has expertise in English up to Year 12 ( A- Level) . essential QTS essential or PGCE- Please do not apply for this job if you do not hold these Qualifications.DET ( Diploma in Education and Training) maybe accepted.
