We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to provide personalised educational support to students across various age groups. The successful candidate will help learners improve their understanding of subject matter, develop effective study skills, and foster a positive learning environment. Duties

Deliver one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in designated subjects, tailoring approaches to meet individual student needs Develop customised lesson plans and educational materials to enhance learning outcomes Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Support students with special educational needs by implementing appropriate teaching methods Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes confidence and motivation Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school staff regarding student progress and areas for improvement Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student achievements Stay informed about curriculum changes and best practices in tutoring and special education

Experience

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably with children or young learners Familiarity with special education techniques is advantageous Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently Experience working with diverse learning styles and needs is desirable Previous experience in educational settings or with specific subject expertise will be considered an asset
