English Tutor

to join our dedicated team in Stratford-upon-Avon.

About the Role:

This

part-time

position offers a

minimum of 6 hours per week

, working across

two afternoons

minimum (availability on

Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

). You'll teach

English

at

KS3 and KS4

, with opportunities to extend to

A-Level

tutoring for the right candidate.

The role is primarily

face-to-face at our centre

, with the option to deliver

online lessons

for the right candidate. We also have

daytime tutoring opportunities

becoming available as our centre continues to grow.

What You'll Do:

Deliver engaging, structured lessons in

English Language and Literature

(KS3-A Level) Prep GCSE & A-Level students for their upcoming exams Support students in developing reading comprehension, essay writing, and analytical skills Foster confidence, creativity, and independent thinking Provide feedback to students and parents, celebrating progress along the way Collaborate with other tutors and share best practice within our supportive team

What We're Looking For:

Experience teaching or tutoring

English (KS3-A Level)

Strong subject knowledge and a passion for literature and communication A warm, professional approach with excellent interpersonal skills Organised, reliable, and committed to student success SEND experience is desirable but not essential

Pay & Hours:

30-37.50 per hour

Part-time | From 6 hours per week (across 2 afternoons) minimum

Daytime, afternoon, and weekend sessions available
