Enhanced Access Practice Nurse
Job Description
We are currently looking for a Practice Nurse for work at a Local Enhanced Access service in partnership with a PCN within Preston.
As part of the Primary Care team we are looking for an Experienced Nurse who has both primary care (GP Practice) Experience alongside a diverse skill set which will allow for them to complete both regular and adhoc work as part of the Enhanced Access operates between the hours of 18:30pm - 20:00pm
We have a range of requirements but our primary vacancy at current is Friday evenings for the next 12months between the Hours of 18:30pm - 20:00pm.
- GP Practice based clinics
- Oncall GP and Management on site until 8pm
- Emis Clinical system
- Free Staffing Parking
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.5 - 10 per week
Work Location: In person
