An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pupil Support Assistant to work in a newly established intensive support provision at Kinross High School.



Our school is part of Loch Leven Community Campus, which provides inclusive, modern and purpose-built facilities. These include a sensory room, adaptable kitchen, personal care facilities and classrooms in a quieter area of the school.



You will support the Principal Teacher of Intensive Support to provide a programme of learning for young people with complex and enduring additional support needs. You will also provide general support in relation to the needs of the class and individuals' care, wellbeing and health & safety.



You will also have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues in the support faculty and with a range of partner agencies who will be part of the team around the child or young person.



It is expected that one class will be established in August 2025. The facility is expected to grow over time.



For our permanent Pupil Support Assistant posts, the role will be permanent to Perth & Kinross Council but the location of the role may change based on requirement.
