About the role

We are currently recruiting an

Enquiries Consultant

to join our Kind iVF team, based at our

Harley Street clinic

.

This is a front-facing, patient-focused role, where you will act as the first point of contact for potential patients. You will play a key role in guiding individuals through their initial fertility enquiries with empathy, professionalism and clarity, ensuring every patient feels supported, informed and welcomed.

Key responsibilities



Acting as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries via phone, email, website, live chat and social media Providing a warm, professional and reassuring introduction to Kind iVF Recording accurate enquiry information on CRM systems and ensuring timely follow-ups Booking new patient appointments efficiently using the internal system and issuing confirmation communications Ensuring all correspondence is accurate, professional and compliant Working closely with consultants, nurses and clinic teams to coordinate appointments Supporting patient information events and marketing seminars on a rota basis Striving to meet agreed monthly enquiry and booking targets Providing feedback and insights to support service improvement and patient pathways

About you



Friendly, empathetic and confident communicator Calm, professional and comfortable handling sensitive conversations Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Able to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment A strong team player with a positive, adaptable attitude Confident using IT systems and databases

Experience & skills



Previous experience in customer service, patient services, enquiries, reception or sales support Experience working with CRM systems or booking platforms is desirable Experience in healthcare, fertility or private medical services is beneficial but not essential Excellent written and spoken English
