ROLE OVERVIEW

Enquiries Team Leader

Ellesmere Port (4 days in office, 1 day working from home - after probation completed)

Hours:

8.30am to 5pm

Salary:

Up to 36,500 DOE

Overview:


To manage a small enquiries team, and monitor existing customer enquiries

Monitor and exceeding performance targets Ensure all communication channels are monitored, customer enquiries reviewed and assigned to the correct member of sales Conduct a weekly survey and monitoring results Being a UK Salesforce Super User, providing support and training on Salesforce functionality Supporting sales managers with data in performance reviews.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience working as a team leader or senior post within a sales environment


You will also have the following:

Working knowledge in using Salesforce Working to tight deadlines and achieving results Extensive admin experience - proficient in MS Office Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders Relevant analytics or Administrative qualifications such as NVQ
