We are seeking a proactive, empathetic, and versatile Enrollment Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role supporting enrollment across our Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), PhD, and Executive Coaching programs.
In this role, you'll engage with a diverse range of senior professionals, academics, and aspiring coaches from around the world, guiding them through a high-touch enrollment journey. Whether identifying candidates for a doctoral pathway or advising experienced professionals exploring our coaching programs, you will be at the forefront of nurturing meaningful relationships and empowering individuals to make transformative educational decisions.
You will use platforms such as LinkedIn and Generative AI to engage with potential candidates, while also planning and participating in virtual and in-person events. Your ability to listen, tailor conversations, and offer personalized guidance will be essential to your success in this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and engage prospective candidates for the DBA, PhD, and Coaching programs using LinkedIn, Generative AI, and professional networks.
Qualify candidates by deeply understanding their professional background, motivations, and alignment with program offerings.

Provide expert, personalized guidance through the application and enrollment process--tailored to the unique structure and outcomes of each program.

Host and support engaging events (webinars, workshops, info sessions, and in-person events at Ashridge and Chelsea) to foster trust, community, and informed decision-making. Some weekend events may be required.

Serve as a trusted advisor by building long-term relationships, maintaining ongoing contact, and acting as a key point of connection between candidates and faculty, alumni, and internal teams.

Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Faculty teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Provide insights on candidate trends and feedback to inform outreach strategies, program positioning, and community-building efforts.

QualificationsFluency in English (additional languages are an asset).
Experience in candidate engagement and relationship management, ideally within higher education, coaching, or professional services.
Ability to communicate program benefits clearly and consultatively, adapting language and tone to different audiences (academics, executives, entrepreneurs, and coaching professionals).
Proven ability to build trust and rapport through active listening, empathy, and a customer-focused approach.

Confident using tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, AI tools, and digital communications software.

Collaborative team player with a self-starting mindset and drive to meet and exceed goals.

Flexibility and adaptability when working across multiple program types with distinct candidate profiles.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, education, psychology, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
