Overview




Entegral is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Analyst to work as part of the Global Product Discovery Team.


Entegral products are utilised by the Enterprise Mobility Operations throughout the globe and some of the top 10 Insurers and Repairers across the UK and Ireland. You will support Entegral's Product Discovery efforts to continue our UK growth and European expansion. This position will perform market, process and product research to inform product strategy for current and future SaaS solutions.


This role will collaborate with Product Management, UX, Engineering, and Sales/ Business Development teams to provide insights for the improvement of existing solutions, as well as unique concepts and innovation ideas, helping drive the best ones to the market.


This position is remote/hybrid based however there will be a requirement of some travel to visit customers, Enterprise Mobility Campuses, and to the Entegral office in Egham and Leeds.

Responsibilities



Key responsibilities and accountabilities for this position will include, but are not limited to the following:



Develop and implement a data-informed strategy for market understanding and product positioning Facilitate product discovery conversations and interviews with Product Management, Sales/Business Development, Customer Success, Customer Delivery, Contact Centre, Engineering teams, customers, marketing, and industry partners to collect customer pain points Create methods to collect feedback from customer advisory groups or industry consultants to inform product strategies and prioritisation Create business case documentation and presentations to initiate new ideas moving through the product lifecycle Support the development and refinement of new product concepts into product specifications or user stories, including acceptance criteria or backlog items though interpretation of data and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making Ensure alignment of new product concepts with strategic goals and market demands and use product intuition and design sense to help shape decisions around product concepts Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to guide product development and business strategies while incorporating security risks and daily job responsibilities

Qualifications



The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:



Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager or equivalent Experience with data analysis, data visualization, or statistical analysis Experience working in an agile environment specifically in the Automotive Claims/Repair Industry Experience with using data, user feedback and intuition to drive effective product decisions

Salary - Competitive

Location - Work From home (You must be based within the UK), Occasional travel to our European HQ in Egham and Entegral office based in Leeds.
