The Account Executive will be able to manage the client sales lifecycle from obtaining new leads, to client on boarding, selling of technical solutions and managing existing relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
Tasks include but are not limited to,
Create, develop and maintain a sales activity plan
Seek out and secure new business
Lead generation through various different channels
Inbound lead follow-up and lead development
Develop and maintain the existing customer base
Consultatively sell to clients' technical requirements
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products
Ensure good preparation to deliver informed and competent sales pitches
Conduct product demos
Attend sales meetings to ensure the team is in line with performance targets
Attend networking events as required to develop new and existing relationships. Some events may be abroad.
Close sales pipeline opportunities
Forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
Meet/exceed assigned KPI's
Ensure CRM data entry/management and order contracts are up to date
Any other task that may be considered reasonable by management
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in selling technology products desirable but not essential
Ability to build new business and effectively manage existing clients
Excellent negotiation skills with strong stakeholder management
Natural relationship builder
Good verbal and written communication skills
Goal oriented and driven
Organised and efficient
Ability to travel abroad as required by the business
Full driving license
