Opportunity:
This is a senior new-business AE role focused on enterprise accounts. You'll lead strategic outbound campaigns into key Ops personas, drive multi-stakeholder cycles, and close deals worth 300K-500K+. If you've got experience selling to Ops leaders in fast-paced sectors -- this one will feel like home.
Your Role:
Run outbound into enterprise-level operations teams (retail, logistics, hospitality)
Manage long, multi-threaded sales cycles with high-value outcomes
Deliver product demos and proposals with technical pre-sales support
Lead contract negotiations and close net new enterprise logos
Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and exec teams
What You Bring:
5+ years of enterprise SaaS experience (ideally WFM, HRIS, or operations tech)
Experience selling to operational stakeholders in complex businesses
Strong outbound capability and comfort building pipeline from scratch
Skilled at building urgency around efficiency, performance, and cost reduction
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
