Opportunity:
This is a pure new-business enterprise role. You'll own outbound into named accounts, build stakeholder relationships (primarily finance), and lead complex sales cycles with long-term strategic value. The average deal size is 300K-500K, with support from product, marketing, legal, and technical pre-sales.
Your Role:
Own outbound into strategic enterprise accounts in verticals like retail, logistics, and services
Target finance stakeholders and build compelling ROI-led business cases
Run complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting to signed contract
Build pipeline from scratch and manage CRM, forecasting and reporting independently
Collaborate with solutions engineers, legal, and senior leadership
What You Bring:
5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales (HR tech, WFM, payroll, or related)
Strong understanding of the finance persona -- and how to build urgency through ROI
Track record of closing 300K+ deals across complex, multi-layered organisations
Hunter mindset -- comfortable owning outbound and named account strategy
Confident, articulate, commercially intelligent
