The Role






We're looking for a strategic Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing Commercial team at Inardua. In this role, you'll drive sustainable growth by managing deals from lead to close, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to our go-to-market strategy across industries like

Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing, and CPG

.




This is a quota-carrying role for someone commercially sharp, emotionally intelligent, and deeply collaborative with strong business acumen and experience managing sales deals end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:




Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in our target sectors Manage Salesforce-related deals from initial discovery through proposal and close Build trusted client relationships rooted in credibility, empathy, and long-term value Create and deliver structured account plans for key clients Partner with delivery leads to ensure client success and uncover growth opportunities Collaborate with Salesforce on co-sell motions and ecosystem opportunities Represent Inardua at industry events, Salesforce engagements, and executive forums Share market insights and feedback to shape our positioning and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For




Five years of experience in Enterprise B2B consulting or technology sales or equivalent (Salesforce ecosystem experience a bonus) Skilled in managing long, complex sales cycles with enterprise or commercial clients Familiarity with one or more of our core industries: Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing, CPG Comfortable leading discovery sessions, crafting proposals, and managing senior stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly self-motivated but team-first, you value collective wins and collaborative growth



Success in This Role Looks Like:




Meeting or exceeding your revenue quota Building a healthy, progressing pipeline across target sectors Deepening strategic client relationships and expanding existing accounts Contributing insights that sharpen our GTM messaging, pricing, and sales process

Salary & Other Details:





Level 5, Base 73.8K-90.2K + 15% Company Bonus + Double OTE (Upto 190k) Closing Date: 19/09/2025 Interview Dates: From 22/09/2025 Start Date: ASAP (Flexible)
