Enterprise Architect HR (Hybrid 3 days on site minimum) - London
*Urgent 12 Month Contract*
The HR Enterprise Architect roles will report into the People Domain Lead within the Enterprise Architecture team and will be focused on HR and employee capabilities, lining up the technology and architecture to ensure the Client is the best in class employer.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will own and develop the architecture for everything that touches Clients\' strategic use of Workday, including recruiting and onboarding employee experience
- HR Operations, People Analytics
- Drive the overall Target Architecture and Roadmaps across all HR-related process capabilities
- 5-10 years demonstrated experience successfully delivering information technologies business solutions for large-scale global applications across multiple hardware and software platforms
- Significant knowledge of Workday systems, implementations and processes, preferably within a large, global organization (preferably FMCG)
- Fantastic communicator able to articulate and sell the vision to senior stakeholders
