We are looking for a passionate, authentic, and multifaceted individual to join the Europe CTO office!

This position will be a catalyst in crafting, building and driving alignment between European business partners (Products, Innovation, Clients, Clusters) and the Global Technology organisation to ensure a clear, consistent and well detailed architecture is maintained, and there is a strategic alignment on both regional and global priorities.

You would be involved in the following:

  • Developing elements (patterns, principles, standards, methods and roadmaps) of the Enterprise IT Architecture for Europe.
  • The role can operate across all IT domains (application, data, and infrastructure) or within a specific domain when required
  • Ensures that the European architecture meets the future needs of the organisation and provides support to the teams delivering the change.
  • Leads changes to the architecture and drives business impact
  • Building capability across the global business
  • Confidence in working independently, balancing contending priorities and driving detailed, fact-based recommendations to collaborators
  • Work together with domain-specific technology architects
Flexible Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office a minimum of 50% of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What we\'re looking for...
  • Experience of delivering in one or more of the IT architecture domains
  • Experience delivering system architecture projects (equivalent to SFIA Level 5 - Solution Architecture)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills in negotiating and influencing stakeholders
  • Highly flexible, with ability to adapt and shift priorities as the team continues to evolve its goals and objectives
  • Foster in-depth and positive relationships at all levels with team members and clients internally and externally.
