About the Role
We are seeking a visionary
Enterprise Architect
to lead the strategic direction of our technology landscape. This is a senior leadership role within the IT team, responsible for shaping and evolving our enterprise architecture across business, applications, data, and infrastructure domains.
You'll work closely with the Project Management Office and business stakeholders to ensure that all technology initiatives align with our strategic goals, delivering scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Technology Leadership
Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy
Liaise between business and IT to align technology with organisational goals
Develop long-term technology roadmaps
Evaluate and recommend platforms and architectural approaches
Lead technology assessments and resolve complex challenges
Enterprise Architecture Development
Design and implement architecture frameworks
Establish technology standards and governance
Analyse existing systems and propose modernisation strategies
Lead transformation and migration initiatives
Governance and Oversight
Implement governance frameworks
Provide high-level oversight of projects to ensure strategic alignment
Emerging Technology and Innovation
Monitor emerging trends and assess their impact
Lead initiatives to implement innovative solutions
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work with PMO, business leaders, and technical teams
Facilitate alignment on architectural decisions
Technical Proficiency
Ensure robust cloud and infrastructure solutions
Provide leadership and guidance to IT and project teams
Qualifications & Experience
Degree-level education
Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in senior IT roles
Background in energy or manufacturing sectors
Experience with significant technology change projects
Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Dynamics, Azure, and ERP migrations

Broad technical knowledge and enterprise architecture expertise
