About the Role:
The Enterprise Audiovisual Services Analyst II is an integral part of Latham's Technology and Information Services team. This role will be responsible for providing high-touch audiovisual technical support and virtual event assistance across the firm, including hybrid meetings, conferences, and firm-wide events, both virtually and in-person. This role will be located in our Manchester offiice. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Other key responsibilities include:Hosting and managing virtual meetings as needed, including features such as screen sharing, recording, polling, breakout rooms, and muting
Consulting with meeting participants to identify the best technology solutions and platforms for their needs (Zoom Webinar, Zoom Meeting, Microsoft Teams Meeting, WebEx, LoopUp, etc.)
Managing and supporting audiovisual systems, ensuring optimal performance and user experience, such as webcams, lighting, microphones, projectors, sound equipment, cabling, and connectors
Assisting in the evaluation, design, installation, documentation, testing, and repair of integrated audiovisual systems, as well as new hardware and software applicable to audiovisual support and virtual events, making recommendations to the firm
Developing and maintaining firm-wide configuration standards and training materials for audiovisual systems, processes, and applications
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Possess a high level of expertise in supporting and operating virtual event platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, LoopUp, and any other emerging virtual event platform
Demonstrate a deep understanding of videoconference systems and audiovisual components (including but not limited to Control Panels, Digital Sound Processors, Video & USB Switchers, HDMI and USB Extenders, cameras, microphones, etc.) from manufacturers such as Cisco, Crestron, Polycom, Extron, Logitech, Shure, and Bi-Amp
Exhibit proficient knowledge in understanding the Internet and firm's network topology and how it relates to audiovisual-specific equipment and applications
And have:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably, with an emphasis in computer science, information systems, or a related audiovisual field
Relevant experience in an audiovisual support or integration role
Relevant experience working with legal professionals, preferably
Familiarity with videoconference systems and audiovisual components from manufacturers such as Cisco, Crestron, Polycom, Extron, Logitech, Shure, and Bi-Amp
