We are seeking an

Enterprise Business Manager

to join our sales team.
As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a key role as we expand our business while generating new client revenue by selling ThetaRay's product. You will be leading all pipeline creation for this region, working closely with our strategic sales teams, marketing and partners. You'll be responsible for both identifying and nurturing new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with existing clients in large, multi-state geography.

Key responsibilities:

Continuously develop sales pipeline for the Enterprise sales team Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales revenue targets. Work with our partners to leverage the relationship. Research accounts prior to the first contact to understand the prospect's needs. Become a credible resource and develop trusted relationships with prospects. Work closely with Sales to identify and uncover opportunities at target accounts. Responsible for meeting BDR metrics and assigned goals. Work with the Enterprise sales team to ensure product demonstrations and POC's are well-matched to Enterprise clients' needs and interests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce Accurately forecast pipeline maturity. Coordinate and orchestrate with pre-sales/sales team resources as necessary to support direct sales. Participate in marketing activities and events as needed. Be a strong team member and enjoy winning in a team environment.
Requirements
5-7 years experience as an Enterprise BD Manager selling software solution. Experienced with outbound reach and demonstrated performance in generating interest for potential prospects. Experience with enterprise lead generation best practices- an advantage. An entrepreneurial spirit and a high degree of drive, energy and passion for sales. * Strong organizational skills with ability to manage time and resources effectively.
