About the Role



Reporting to the BDR Manager, the Enterprise Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth for EcoOnline by identifying, engaging, and developing high-value enterprise opportunities. This position requires a proactive approach to uncovering complex client needs, leveraging outbound prospecting methodologies, and cultivating relationships with key decision-makers across large organisations. The Enterprise BDR will serve as a critical link between Sales and Marketing, ensuring the delivery of thoroughly qualified, high-potential opportunities to the Account Executive team.



Key Responsibilities:



Build and manage a robust pipeline by executing outbound prospecting strategies, including multi-channel engagement and account-based targeting.

Develop and implement sophisticated outreach campaigns across phone, email, and social platforms, leveraging personalised messaging to engage senior stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine go-to-market strategies for maximum conversion.

Act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to both prospects and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and aligning solutions to complex business challenges.

Schedule and coordinate meetings for the Account Executives, ensuring all engagements are value-driven and tailored to the customer's needs.

Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify emerging trends and whitespace opportunities within the enterprise segment.

Represent EcoOnline at industry events.



What we're looking for:



Experience in enterprise-level business development, with a track record of generating opportunities within large organisations.

Exceptional business acumen and consultative communication skills, with the ability to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers on strategic initiatives.

Self-starter mindset with outstanding organisational, planning, and follow-up skills; comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities.

Deep commitment to professional growth and continuous learning, with a passion for advancing EcoOnline's mission and impact

High proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), as well as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Prior experience in the safety, compliance, or SaaS industries is highly advantageous.
