Overview of role



Working in the B2B Team at FIIT you will be joining the team at FIIT to support the growth of our commercial function across a range of different industries such as Gyms, Corporates, Residential, Hotels and Wellness. You will be working with some of our biggest client partners, and will work with our business development team to help drive and optimise the sales funnel.

Role responsibilities



Pre sales



Sales support -

Support sales process by helping book meetings, draft follow up emails + organise calls, managing trial accounts, chase prospects, building out named account lists and database management

B2B Marketing -

Working with Product and Marketing teams; write proposals, pitches, case studies, product docs and CRM + nurture campaigns.

Events -

Work with the marketing team to attend events to generate leads and run activations and organise demo days with prospects at our FIIT Studio

Post sales



Post Sale delivery -

Own the roll out of new partners, involving leading project plans, kick off meetings and training sessions with clients

Partner expansion -

Work with our key partners to grow the accounts by adding more solutions and services or through campaign optimisation

Reporting and Analytics -

Get into the data to see *how partnerships are performing, do review meetings / Quarterly business Reviews (QBRs) with partners.

Partner Program



Partner Management -

work with referral and reseller partners to drive qualified sales opportunities into the business eg.

Reward partners

(identifying new clients to sell to), FIIT for Gym and FIIT for Work partners.

Partner Optimisation -

help onboard new partners, run sales training, support pipeline management, weekly stand ups. Help develop the blueprint for a Partner Program (how do we scale from a handful of official partners in the UK to 100s globally)

Key skills and experience



We are looking for someone with 3-4 years experience of working in account management, project management or sales type roles. They need to have high energy and a can-do attitude and thrive in fast paced, startup environments. Being able to manage multiple workstreams and being adept at multitasking is critical

Although the role is commercially focused so a passion for business development is important (like helping win new customers, renewing & expanding existing partners), we are looking for someone who is a strong project manager with good organisational skills, great time management and loves getting into the details (as well as get things done at pace).

We need someone who is a great communicator, problem solver and has a growth mindset. We are looking for someone who occasionally doesn't mind getting thrown into the deep end.
