Are you an experienced Enterprise Sales professional with a proven track record in the
print on demand
and e-commerce space? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Enterprise Sales Manager
to expand our reach within the USA and select European markets.
Our company provides comprehensive print-on-demand solutions, including printing and fulfillment for a wide range of merchandise such as T-shirts, hats, drinkware, and more. We specialize in partnering with innovative e-commerce brands that offer unique front-end experiences - think companies that transform user images into custom merchandise, create personalized pet portraits, or design cartoon characters from photos. We possess the technology and printing capabilities to bring these creative concepts to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Development:
Proactively identify, contact, and develop new enterprise leads within the e-commerce sector, focusing on brands with custom or personalized product offerings.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to successful onboarding, including prospecting, cold outreach, conducting discovery calls, delivering compelling demos, sending product samples, and closing deals.
CRM Management:
Live and breathe within our HubSpot CRM, meticulously tracking interactions, managing pipelines, and developing effective outreach strategies.
Outreach & Messaging:
Craft and execute targeted outreach campaigns (primarily email) to effectively convey our value proposition and secure meetings.
Collaboration:
Work closely with our marketing team, who will provide support through PR and SEO efforts to help generate inbound leads.
Market Insight:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to continuously refine sales strategies.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Deep and demonstrable experience in
Enterprise Sales
, specifically within the
e-commerce
and/or
print-on-demand
industries.
A strong understanding of the
USA market
and experience working with US-based clients; experience with European clients is a significant plus.
Proven ability to
find, contact, and develop leads
into successful sales.
Proficiency with
CRM software
.
Experience with
email outreach software
and developing effective sales cadences.
Familiarity with
fulfillment providers
and the logistics of merchandise production.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
