We're looking for a skilled negotiator, organiser, and problem-solver who can help coordinate essential operations and drive impact within our fast-moving startup. As one of our initial hires, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Xpofairs and contribute directly to our mission to transform international trade. Our technology already powers online trade shows across the UK, USA, and beyond -- spanning diverse, dynamic industries -- and we're aiming to grow rapidly each year.

Key Responsibilities:



Forge and grow high-impact relationships with industry leaders, decision-makers, and potential clients, becoming a trusted face of the Xpofairs brand.

Spot new market opportunities before anyone else by staying attuned to shifting industry trends and client needs across global markets.

Coordinate critical operational workflows, ensuring our trade shows run smoothly and deliver exceptional value to both exhibitors and visitors.

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between business development, marketing, tech, and customer success teams.

Play a hands-on role in scaling our operations, helping us expand into new industries and regions with speed and precision.

Think like a strategist, act like a doer -- contributing to both long-term planning and day-to-day execution that drives immediate results.

Qualifications:



Ideally a bachelor's or master's degree in either Business Administration /Management but will consider candidates with consistent top level-grades throughout your academic career.

Strong understanding of SMEs.

Mandarin speaking an advantage but not essential.

Our shared offices are located in Wimbledon London. This is a full-time office-based role.

?We offer competitive salary and benefits package. Basic salary 30K and OTE of 60K in year one commensurate with experience and qualifications.
