Enterprise Sales Lead - New Business (Remote)

The Role:
We're looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Lead to drive new business growth globally. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close, and build trusted relationships with CHROs, Talent Leaders, and C-suite executives.
Responsibilities:
Drive enterprise new business globally
Build and maintain relationships with senior HR leaders and executives
Sell leadership development, executive coaching, and enterprise solutions
Deliver revenue growth and measurable business impact
Requirements:
Proven success in enterprise new business sales
Experience engaging with CHROs, Talent Leaders, and C-suite executives
Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
