Enterprise Service Consultant

We are seeking an

Enterprise Service Consultant

to provide end-to-end corporate services and advisory support for clients, covering company formation, account opening, and ongoing compliance management across the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of company registration procedures, bank account opening processes, and KYC/compliance requirements, and will be able to deliver comprehensive corporate solutions from a professional perspective.

Key Responsibilities

Provide full-cycle services including company formation, bank account opening, and compliance consulting, primarily in the UK and Europe;

Understand the account opening processes, risk control standards, and KYC requirements of banks and institutions across different jurisdictions, and match clients with suitable solutions;

Guide clients in preparing account opening, compliance, and due diligence documents to ensure smooth and compliant processes;

Coordinate communication among clients, banks, registration agencies, and third-party service providers, and monitor project progress;

Maintain the ongoing compliance of client accounts, including information updates, account activity, and exception handling;

Track changes in international and local regulatory policies and adjust internal processes and service strategies accordingly;

Analyze client needs and market trends to propose business optimization and product innovation ideas;

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention rates;

Support the team in achieving business targets and assist in developing standardized service processes and knowledge base content.

Qualifications

Associate degree or above, with at least

2 years of experience

in company formation, bank account opening, or related corporate services;

Strong understanding of

banking processes and KYC/compliance requirements

;

Experience with

offshore company formation

and

international account opening

is preferred;

Excellent

client communication and problem-solving skills

, with the ability to manage projects independently;

Strong

Background in
