About The Role




We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Systems Architect & Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of mission-critical systems that power CDP's business performance. This hands-on role blends deep technical expertise with end-to-end project leadership, driving seamless integration, security, and adoption across the business to deliver lasting value.




Responsibilities


Drive the gathering and translation of business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated system designs balancing ROI. Lead the delivery of enterprise systems, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve results and meet milestones. Champion architecture standards that ensure resilience, performance, and interoperability across platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing technical direction and ensuring accountability for outcomes whilst liaising with wider business functions to effectively engage stakeholders. Direct data migration, system integration, and testing to guarantee seamless deployment and business continuity. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively to keep projects on track. Ensure all solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Drive change control, training, and adoption initiatives to maximize system value. Partner with vendors and third parties to deliver high-quality, cost & time effective solutions. Establish feedback monitoring, governance, and incremental delivery practices for sustained system performance. ###

About You





Key Qualifications


Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-level systems in complex business environments. Strong track record of end-to-end project management, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, and delivery. Deep knowledge of enterprise system architecture principles, integration patterns, data management strategies and state of the art. Solid understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in enterprise systems. Skilled in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor/partner coordination. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across technical and business teams. Hands-on experience with change management, training, and user adoption activities.
