What does this team do?

Within this graduate opportunity, there are two core areas. If you receive an offer for this programme, you will be allocated to one of these two teams prior to starting at Deloitte.

Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST):

In Technology Strategy and Transformation (TST) we focus on enabling our clients to be the best that they can be. We work with their most senior leaders and top-level executives to help them digitise and modernise their organisations from the ground up. We lead the transformation of the organisation itself with innovative and core technologies, helping organisations move away from IT, the department of computers, to technology as a business partner and enabler.


Our teams combine strategic thinking, advisory services, and cutting-edge technology capabilities to create a digital core that has the capability to drive new processes, improved analytics, and improved performance across the business.

ServiceNow:

ServiceNow is a cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, which means software applications are provided over the internet on a subscription basis. These applications are designed to automate and streamline digital workflows across various business functions like IT, HR, customer service, and operations.


Our ServiceNow team is a rapidly growing part of our business. As a 'Global ServiceNow Partner' we transform businesses through the design and implementation of ServiceNow, developing innovative solutions on the platform to tackle our clients most pressing needs. We focus on delivering successful business outcomes and work closely with ServiceNow leadership and product teams to address the future challenges faced by our clients.

What skills and academic qualifications do I need?

We are looking for applicants who have obtained or are studying towards a minimum 2:1 and have obtained your degree by September 2026.

What kind of work will I do?

As a Full Time Graduate in TST & ServiceNow, you will work on large-scale technology transformations, from the design through to implementation. As part of your role, you will be:


Throughout your time at Deloitte, you will be working with teams across our wider Technology and Transformation practice, understanding how we bring our range of technical expertise and combine them in the way that best serves our clients.


You will have opportunities to work with experts and teams across numerous fields, getting insight into how we work with the world's largest and most important organisations.

Where will I work?

At Deloitte we recognise how important face-to-face interaction is for your development in a new role. We also understand that our people need flexibility, which is why we operate a hybrid system, with a combination of office and home working. If you're in a client-facing role, you might be expected to attend client sites on certain days, while your meetings will be a mix of online and in-person events. Please note your final assessment and induction will also be in-person, to give you the opportunity to network and build relationships.
