We're on the lookout for an

Entertainment Bookings Executive

to join our team and help shape the musical heartbeat of our venues.

The Role

You'll play a key role in curating our live entertainment offering across all Katie O'Brien's venues. From sourcing top talent to managing artist relations, you'll ensure our entertainment calendar is packed with outstanding acts that match the spirit and energy of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Book live music acts in line with each venue's entertainment policy and brand standards Liaise with artists, agents, and managers to negotiate dates, fees, and logistics Maintain and develop relationships with performers and entertainment industry contacts Work closely with venue management teams to ensure smooth event delivery Keep the bookings schedule and contracts well-organised and up-to-date Support marketing teams with information and assets to promote live events Ensure all acts align with our licensing and compliance requirements

About You

Experience in entertainment booking or live music programming (venue, festival, agency, or promoter side) A strong understanding of the UK live music scene, especially genres that suit an Irish tavern atmosphere (folk, rock, acoustic, trad, party bands and of course, 80s) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Organised and confident managing multiple bookings across several locations Able to balance creativity with business - understanding audience expectations and brand fit

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
