Position Title:

Entertainment Livestream Guild Intern

Livestream Guild Manager

:

As a member of the livestream guild operations team, you will assist in daily coordination with the TikTok platform and support streamer management and livestream activity execution. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Attending at least

one official monthly meeting

with the TikTok platform; Assisting in setting and organizing

monthly guild targets and streamer tasks

based on platform updates or team direction; Distributing monthly goals and activity details to all guild streamers to ensure clear communication; Supporting the rollout of new platform livestream campaigns or trending topics and encouraging streamer participation; Monitoring and promptly reporting issues such as account bans or shadow bans, and notifying the platform immediately; Keeping guild-related communication channels (e.g., Lark) up to date and informing the project manager (AM) of any livestream issues; Assisting in

sourcing and contacting new streamers

to expand the guild's talent pool; Collecting and organizing the latest updates from the platform or brand partners, sharing them with the team, and supporting on-ground execution.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program; interest in TikTok and the livestreaming industry; Responsible and detail-oriented with strong

communication and execution skills

; Proficient in tools such as

Excel, Lark, and Google Sheets

; Sensitive to data and content trends, with strong information organization skills; Able to commit to

a minimum of 3 days per week

for at least

2 months

; Prior experience in TikTok guilds or influencer/creator agencies is a plus.
