We are looking for a dynamic, reliable and highly organised
Entertainments Manager
to join our vibrant shisha lounge that also offers a full food + drinks menu. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy hospitality environment and enjoys creating great customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
As an Entertainments Manager, you will:
Lead & Manage
Oversee daily operations of the lounge and staff
Manage rotas, staffing levels and team performance
Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere for staff and guests
Service & Operations
Greet customers, take orders and ensure top-tier customer service
Serve shisha and food to customers
Assist with cooking and food preparation when needed
Ensure the lounge is clean, organised and fully stocked
Entertainment & Atmosphere
Plan, organise and manage entertainment nights (music, events, etc.)
Maintain a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere that aligns with the brand
Financial Duties
Complete end-of-night cash-ups & maintain accurate accounts
Handle staff wages and payments
Monitor stock levels, ordering and budgeting
Requirements
Previous hospitality or lounge management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Basic accounting/cash handling experience
Reliable, trustworthy and customer-focused
Knowledge of shisha flavours, equipment & preparation (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
