Allstate operate a very flexible hybrid working policy that will allow you to design your working week in collaboration with your manager with a blend of remote and office working for NI based employees as well as condensed working patterns (4 day week/9 day fortnight). Employees based in GB will be employed on a permanent remote working contract.

Your role in the team

Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a security discipline that enables the right individuals to access the right resources at the right times for the right reasons. In partnership with business areas, it is a collection of processes and technologies used to manage digital identities (Identity Management) and to control access (Access Management) that protect individuals or devices using Allstate\'s resources.

The Entitlement Services Business Analyst will assist in the management and maintenance of Entitlement Services\' processes and other general administrative tasks to ensure the team\'s processes are complete, correct, compliant and accessible. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with product and process skills to join the team and make their mark in the design and implementation of product mindset driven strategies and processes.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Manage and monitor ServiceNow queues (CTASKs, Incidents and Work Requests) and ensure tickets are completed within agreed SLAs.
  • Document and maintain the team\'s processes, supporting documentation, job aids and communications.
  • Ensure the compliance of Allstate Security Policies and Standards in the Active Directory Environment are maintained.
  • Take part in the design and implementation of continual improvement opportunities
So, what are the essential criteria to apply?
  • All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK\'
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in design and implement of processes
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience working in a governance team
  • Experience in formulating data reports and providing analysis
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
We also have some desirable criteria
  • Experience in Security governance processes, particularly with reference to Identity Access Management
  • Experience with managing lifecycle of processes
  • Evidence of Product mindset
  • Knowledge of Active Directory
