Cobra Executive Track

is a selective pathway from the ground floor to business ownership. This is not an employment contract; it is a vetting process for future partners.

THE PATHWAY: VETTING, TRAINING, PARTNERSHIP

Phase 1: The Vet (Zero-Hour Contract)

Your first mission is to demonstrate commitment and capability.

You will complete a

150-hour operational quota

on a zero-hour contract, earning

13 per hour

. This phase is your chance to prove you have the resilience, intellect, and ethos we require in a future partner. During this period, you are invited to invest your time in return for our investment in your future. Beginning your

BASECOBRA

training.
Phase 2: The Forge (BaseCobra Training)

Once vetted, your elite training continues. We provide world-class instruction at no upfront cost.

You will undergo intensive, fully-funded training to become a certified

BaseCobra Officer

.

Your earning potential is locked in:

Upon graduation, you will advance to premium operational rates starting from

18+ per hour

. The cost of training is an investment in you, repaid through a small percentage of your earnings over 5 years. You only pay back as you earn. After which you will continue on to become a

Specialised COBRA

, focusing on a niche type of security.
Phase 3: The Throne (Cobra2King Partnership)

For the elite who excel, the program culminates in ownership.

You will be

locked into the Cobra2King incubation track

. We provide the capital, contracts, and corporate infrastructure for you to launch and run your own security venture. You will be granted a significant equity stake, transitioning from an operator to a CEO and a true partner in the business.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROVEN MIND

This track is for those who have already demonstrated capability. You must possess

one of the following

:

A

Bachelor's Degree

in any field,

OR

3+ years of consistent work experience

in any professional sector (military, hospitality, trade, retail, etc.).
