What You'll Learn & Do



As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll be guided through every stage of live, face-to-face sales while building confidence, communication skills, and commercial awareness. This role is designed to help you grow quickly by learning on the job, supported by experienced mentors and structured coaching.

You'll learn how to:

Confidently approach and engage members of the public in live event environments, learning how to open conversations naturally and professionally Communicate the mission, values, and real-world impact of the causes you represent in a way that feels genuine and compelling Understand different personality types and adapt your communication style to build trust and rapport Develop consultative sales techniques focused on listening, educating, and guiding people toward informed decisions Support new sign-ups and fundraising initiatives with clarity, professionalism, and integrity Work towards clear daily and weekly goals, learning how performance tracking and self-improvement drive results Build resilience, self-belief, and strong interpersonal skills through real-world experience and continuous feedback
