What You'll Do:
Reach out to potential clients to introduce Apprentify's apprenticeship and training solutions Build strong relationships with businesses to understand their hiring and development needs Work closely with our marketing and delivery teams to align on goals and opportunities Learn the full sales process from prospecting to closing, with full training and support Maintain accurate records of outreach and pipeline activity using our CRM system
What We're Looking For We're not looking for years of sales experience. Instead, we value:

Excellent communication and people skills Confidence speaking on the phone and via email Self-motivation and a proactive attitude A willingness to learn, adapt and take feedback Resilience and the ability to stay positive under pressure Experience from customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-facing roles is a plus
