As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will represent our clients' brands directly to customers, providing excellent service while driving sales. You will benefit from structured coaching, mentoring, and the chance to progress quickly within a supportive and ambitious team.

Responsibilities
Interact with customers face-to-face across B2B, B2C, and event campaigns.
Promote client products and services while delivering outstanding service.
Work towards individual and team sales targets.
Take part in regular training sessions to improve performance and skills.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.

Candidate Profile
Strong communicator with confidence engaging people in person.
Self-motivated, positive, and eager to learn.
Able to work well in a team and independently.
Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential.
Available for at least 4 days per week, Monday to Saturday.
Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the UK (Tier 2/Tier 4 visas not accepted).
