Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Entry-Level Event Assistant

to join our marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in event coordination and brand promotion. You'll support the planning, setup, and delivery of marketing events while ensuring clients and customers have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organising and delivering marketing and promotional events. Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown. Engage with attendees, providing information about products and services. Work closely with event and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution. Maintain a professional and positive image while representing client brands. Collect customer feedback and provide input to improve event experiences. Help track event performance and results.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Confidence in working in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Ability to work well in a team setting. No previous experience required, full training will be provided.
