Job Description
NonStop Consulting is looking to recruit an Environmental Crime Officer for a reputable Central Government department, available for remote / flexible hybrid work in Nottingham on an initial 12 months contract with potential extension to be confirmed.
This Government client is looking for a professional Environmental Crime Officer to be part of a team providing the area lead on enforcement, undertake specialist enforcement including investigation, surveillance and preparation of cases to help protect and serve the environment.
Essential criteria:
- Experience of investigating criminal offences (for example within police force)
- Investigative background (for example within a local authority, HMRC, etc.)
- Knowledge of Law enforcement legislation required i.e. PACE/CPIA/RIPA
- Experience in exhibit handling, taking statements, etc.
- Full driving licence
