About the role
As an Environmental Operative, you will play a crucial role in keeping our neighbourhoods clean and welcoming. This customer-facing position involves interacting with customers and ensuring their environments are well-kept and pleasant. Your responsibilities will include:
Close cleaning
Grass cutting
General cleaning of our neighbourhoods
Assisting with bulk uplifts
Void cleans and clearances
Back court maintenance
Stair cleaning
You will be a key player in creating safe, clean, and well-maintained environments for our communities. The successful candidate will embody Wheatley's core values and display outstanding customer service in all aspects of their work.
