Environmental Operative - Make a Visible Difference Every Day

As an Environmental Operative, you'll be out and about across our estates--litter picking, removing graffiti, clearing bulk waste, and carrying out light grounds maintenance like weeding and pruning. You'll be the friendly face residents see every day, helping to create cleaner, greener spaces they're proud to call home.


This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. Whether it's tidying up communal areas or responding to resident feedback, you'll be making a real difference.

What you'll do



Keep estates clean and safe through litter picking, graffiti removal, and bulk waste clearance Carry out light grounds maintenance including weeding, pruning, and tidying green spaces Use hand tools and powered equipment confidently and safely Work as part of a supportive team delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service Use mobile devices and platforms like Outlook 365 and Fix My Street to stay connected and responsive

What you'll need



Experience in estate cleaning, horticulture, or environmental services Confidence using hand tools and powered equipment Familiarity with mobile devices and basic digital platforms A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be covering services like: + Sweeper
+ Bulk collection
+ Parks mobile
A Basic DBS check (we'll help with this)
