Role Purpose





We have an exciting opportunity for Environment Project Coordinator who will be responsible for co-ordinating and supporting the implementation of the IATA IEnvA (environmental management system) across our operations.



This role requires a genuine interest in the environment and sustainability, as well as some expertise/experience of environmental regulations, environmental management, sustainability strategies, and project management.



This position is a 12-Month Secondment.




What you will be doing




Develop and maintain the IEnvA documentation and materials, as required. Support stations to implement IEnvA including assessment of environmental impacts. Coordinate internal and external audits with relevant teams. Coordinate training attendance for key stakeholders. Guide stations through successful certification. Work with teams around our global network and external stakeholder including IATA, airports and airlines. Ensure alignment with environmental regulations, aviation industry standards, and corporate sustainability objectives.

What we are looking for




Qualifications related to Environmental Management, Quality Assurance, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. Proven experience in environmental management, preferably within the aviation or transportation industry. Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards, and best practices in aviation. Strong analytical and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills including good written English. Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus Proficiency in environmental reporting and data analysis tools.
